Services provided on Reedah.com are currently in beta mode. By accepting these Terms, you agree that there is no certainty that the service will be provided with any level of quality, reliability or for any length of time. Services may be withdrawn by us at any time for any reason, without warning or liability. IN THE EVENT OF SERVICE WITHDRAWAL OR UNAVAILABILITY, NO FUNDS RECEIVED BY US WILL BE REIMBURSED - you agree that this is a risk you assume when you sign up or make payment for Reedah.com services.

Acceptable use

We reserve the right to limit use of Reedah.com in the case of excessive use, as determined by us in our sole discretion. We may also disable accounts in the case of abuse, or when we are provided with reasonable evidence that provision of services is illegal. The service is for personal, non-commercial use only.

Email addresses and other personally identifiable information are held in confidence by us, and will not be shared with any other party unless compelled by law, nor will they be used by us for any purposes other than those related to provision of services on Reedah.com. Our web servers log usage of this site and Reedah.com services, including the IP address of clients. This information is used in aggregate form to improve the performance and content of the site. We use 'cookies' to store user preferences and to facilitate site navigation, but do not 'track' users as they navigate within the site, nor do we make our cookies accessible to other sites, or access cookies created by other sites. We do not use 'beacons'. Note that, as feed content is completely outside of our control, feed publishers may utilize such 'cookies' or 'beacons' without our consent or knowledge; such usage by feed publishers is not covered by this policy.

Site usage, including without limitation feed subscription, item tags and click-through information may be aggregated such that it cannot be tied to an individual account or IP address. Such aggregated data may be sold or shared with other entities for any purpose deemed suitable by us.

Jurisdiction and contact

By accepting these Terms, you agree that Collin County, State of Texas shall have jurisdiction over any and all legal matters concerning Reedah.com.
